Our Management Team

Our professional team combines accounting expertise with strategic industry insights to take care of your personal and business accounting needs.

Martin Chee

Martin began working in the accounting industry in 2006 and with over 15 years of experience working in public practice, advises in a range of areas including; taxation and compliance, structuring, SMSFs, estate planning, offshore resourcing, management accounting and systems implementation. He is passionate about leveraging technology to save time and improve decision making.

Donnashia Khoe

Donna has worked in the accounting and business services industry since 2007. Having worked with a wide range of clients, including high net worth individuals, medical practitioners and healthcare experts, self-managed superannuation funds and many others, Donna has gained extensive knowledge in providing comprehensive tax planning and group structuring services and compliance advice.

Jacky Sun

Having worked in both mid-tier Accounting Firms and large Australian and multi-national Corporations, Jacky has gained extensive knowledge in advising business owners across a range of matters. He is passionate about the food, beverage and hospitality industry, assisting clients in a range of specialty services including performance improvement, financing, and new business ventures.

At Kin Advisory, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in accordance with the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024. As registered tax agents, we uphold the following principles in our dealings with all clients:

    • We maintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax laws, regulations, and requirements. Our tax agents undergo regular professional development and training to ensure that we provide accurate and reliable tax advice and services.
  2. Client Care and Ethical Responsibilities
    • We are dedicated to acting in the best interests of our clients, providing services in a manner that is clear, honest, and transparent. Our goal is to ensure that clients understand their obligations and responsibilities, and we will never mislead or overstate the outcomes of our services.
  3. Confidentiality and Privacy
    • We are committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining confidentiality. We will not disclose any client information unless legally required or with your explicit consent.
  4. Compliance with Legal Requirements
    • We are committed to comply fully with all applicable tax laws and regulations. As part of our obligations, we also ensure that our clients are informed of their tax obligations and are not engaged in any activities that could lead to non-compliance.
  5. Independence and Integrity
    • We operate with integrity, impartiality, and independence, ensuring that there are no conflicts of interest in providing our services. Our tax agents always provide advice and services that are in the best interests of our clients, within the boundaries of the law.
  6. Reporting and Transparency
    • Should we become aware of any discrepancies or issues that may affect your tax compliance, we are required to report such matters as per our obligations under the law.
  7. Keeping you informed
    • The Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) maintains a register of Tax agents and BAS agents which can be accessed and searched here. The register contains details of registered, suspended, and deregistered tax and BAS agents;
    • If you have a complaint about a tax agent service that we provide, we encourage you to seek to resolve it with us by contacting the responsible Partner on the job. You can also make a complaint to the TPB in accordance with their complaints process set out here;
    • Our registration as a tax agent is not subject to any conditions;
    • In the last 5 years we have not been subject to any of the events described in subsection 45(1)(d) of the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024 (the Determination)
